Is spraying foam insulation easy enough for me to do?

The best comparison is that spraying foam is like spraying paint. Here are the basic steps for Foam It Green do it yourself foam insulation:

1. Use the temperature strip to make sure the tanks are at the right temperature.
2. Attach the 2 hoses to the spray foam tanks. (The 202 comes pre-attached!)
3. Open the valves to both chemical tanks.
4. Place a mixing nozzle on the face of the gun.
5. Stand 18 to 24 inches away from the surface to be foamed.
   • Spray a 1 inch bead around the perimeter of the area you wish to cover.
   • With a back-and-forth motion, fill in the area from top to bottom.
